I had my first dish at Noodles & Company several years ago when I was in undergrad. I remember walking in and thinking to myself “wow, this is a lot of pasta with a ton of options.” The latest dishes from the restaurant incorporate “zoodles” or zucchini noodles which are delicious.

I like fruit, some form of protein (almond butter or eggs) and incorporating greens if I can (smoothie or side salad).
